Redness due to reaction

Recently I've been getting small pimples on both my lower cheeks and chins, for the past two months, it comes and goes, most of them are just Papules and not actual Pustules pimples, only sometimes I get the Pustules pimples. It was really stressing me out as I've never had them so server, so often like this before. Therefore I went and got a Pimple Treatment Cream, I used it for a few days it was okay until later on, it started reacting to my skin badly, made my skin dry, itchy and giving me blemishes/redness across the area where I used the cream.

I've since stopped using and have tried to just go back to normal skin routine that I do before I get these breakouts but the redness, dryness, blemishes is still there and sometimes still itchy and I feel heated around there. Does anyone have any ideas how I can help it heal quickly? I also have this big Pustule pimple on my chin at the moment, by far I think is the biggest one I've ever had, currently is just leaving it alone and let it go by nature and hope it doesn't leave blemishes. The area around there is still very dry from the cream but it didn't leave any redness like the cheeks area and it isn't as itchy, and I have oily skin. Please give pointers on what I can do? products I can use? any natural methods?

Thanks so much!

Thank you so much for your answers.

My condition currently is improving, the redness, dryness and itchiness have disappeared however pimples still occur around the same area where it was affect, if one heals, another one will appear and so on. Which I will tried hard not to pop and I did but it leaves big blemish and scars even though I did not pop it or play with it. I'm just puzzle as to why my skin is going crazy, 3 months ago I have clear, glowing skin, I never had to worry about it, small pimples casually which is normal, doesn't affect me or make me stress till now that it's taking over my cheeks!

I guess I'll have to go see a skin doctor if this keeps on going.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be due to dermatitis skin after acne vulgaris or rosacea. Rosacea is a cutaneous disorder of the central part of the face , such as forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Pimples or acne are sometimes included as part of the definition.
It is really frustrating when none of the treatment works. I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis and then start with the treatment.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
