SEVERE ITCHING

Hello doc,
Pl help me with with positive advice and medication. This is an SOS.
I had eczema on both my feet only when I was about 10-12 yrs old.  I am now 51 yrs.  
The eczema was cured after many months of suffering and various medication prescribed leaving permanent scars/marks.  But that was a long time ago.
About 10 days ago, it appears that it has revived and the itching occurs at the exact same marks left behind earlier.
The itching is terrible and unbearable that I have to scratch those areas.  They become red in colour and a white liquid oozes out and then a burning sensation.  This happens at least 2 or 3 times a day.
Though I have applied a gentamycin cream prescribed by a doctor, it helps for 2 days and then again the whole thing flares up and it goes on like this.  The scars / marks are pretty bad making my feet look ugly and sore.  As we are into summer now, it is worse.  However, I also apply a dusting powder (clorimazole) which is antifungal an antibacterial.
I really do want a permanent remedy to free myself of this continuous irritation which is making me stressful and unhappy because it remains there and refuses to go away even with the medication.
PL HELP ME with the right medication......

Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination,but it can be either eczema or a fungal skin infection.

See the treatment for both is entirely different and sometimes steroids used for eczema may aggravate the symptoms if it is a fungal infection.In my opinion,you should get it evaluated from a dermatologist.Skin biopsy and KOH cultures may be needed to confirm a diagnosis.
