Scar on Penis_Pockmark_Hypopigmentation

Hi,

I had a wart removed from my penis shaft via one round of cryo-therapy and one round of TCA acid. The wart is gone but I am left with a mild but still noticeable white/pink patch of skin and a round slightly depressed/smooth/lighter colored pockmark with edges that appear unnatural. It has been about 6 months since the incident and still scarring and hypo-pigmentation remains. Can you please advise what if any options are available to:

1) reduce the depth of the pockmark
2) reduce the hypo-pigmentation in and around the pockmark
3) reduce the irregular smoothness of the skin in the pockmark
4) are there are any potential risks or benefits in using Maderma or Vitaman E oil
5) are there are any potential risks or benefits in using Elidel or Protopic to reduce hypo-pigmentation
6) do you have any additional information that may be helpful

Many thanks,
Mark

Thanks a lot for your reply Dr. Bhupinder,

I will take your advice on the vitamin E. I have read that scar cream will help. What are your thoughts on the scar cream?

Many thanks,
Mark

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Regarding the penile scarring, the area is very delicate for any of the creams or laser treatment. Apply vitamin E for some days. But there is no such confirmed safe treatment for the delicate skin of penis. The indentations may need collagen filling.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
