Scrotum Peeling Off

Hello, I'm 17 years old, had sex yesterday (not the first time) and as usual I wore a condom. When I came home later that day, my scrotum was red, in pain (if i touched it), and a bit scaly/shiny. Then today I just checked, and the skin is peeling off, this has never happened before. I take a shower everyday and change my underwear everyday.
What could this be? Need help, I'm very curious and worried. What should I do?

Ok, It's gone, I've done it yesterday again. And my partner and I were wondering... This is pretty weird (and embarrassing in my opinion) but is it possible that semen just got stuck on my sack? Because I remember that when I took the condom off, some of it fell/leaked on it. Could that be possible? Because so far it lasted 2/3 days, and now it vanished.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but this swelling can be due to friction rub or chaffing.
Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Could be a bad case of jock itch, could be a lot of things kiddo. Best thing to do is to forget about the embarrassment and tell your mom and/or Dad or guardian about it so you can get to the Dr. ASAP. Nothing is more important than your health and the reason you got whatever it is will probably be the least of their concern.
