Penis bumps

I did post a similar topic durring the summer, but I would like to ask it again. Ok, so I'm 14 and when I was very young I noticed 3 small red bumps on my penis tip. Since then, my whole tip is covered, and it has spread to the shaft. It doesnt itch. Recently, I recieved oral sex, then later i made out with the same girl. Now we both have the same looking red bumps on our tongues (the same bumps from penis) I'm very scared of what I have. I need to find a way to stop this. Please help!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
