Itchy blister bumps on hands

I have had these bumps for over 6 weeks now. I first thought I got ate up by flees from a blanket. When I woke up itching with small read spots on back go hands fingers and forearms. They forms a small pin like clear fluid filled bump and itched like no other. Once popped they left dry itchy patches. Some are in two's and threes others look like a line of three or four single ones in a row. They have since been found on my toes a couple on neck and one popped up on my nose and upper lip and went away. I can feel them come up like something is stinging or bitting me. Is this dyshirotic eczama? I have been working a lot and very wore down..like 142 hours in two weeks time. Could this be a stress factor. I also have been diagnosed with Shambergs disease could this have anything to do with one another? Desperate not to look like I have leaporacy anymore haha. Thanks T
