Skin Redness in penis

Hello, about a year ago it start with some redness skin in the head of the penis, and some sore but it went away, recently it appear it again. I went to the urologist and send me some Herpes test that came negative both types. The urologist gave me some cream with Clobetasol, I used it for 2 week twice at day and the sore went away but the redness still persist. Reading in this forum I found a similar case and sugest Cetaphil lotion. Do you think I should use this or try something else.
I can add a photo if it is necessary
Thanks for your time.

Ms Vanessa Lacuesta, I just post the Question again with a photo, if you can take a look. I just start using the Cetaphil and some powder for the sweat.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

The redness may be a postinflammatory skin reaction. It may also be an effect of the medication. This is a corticosteroid and corticosteroids may cause some thinning of the skin which may explain this persistent reddish color. I suggest that you have this assessed by your physician. A follow up consult may be necessary just to assess your response to the medications.

Use only a mild and bland cleanser such as Cetaphil or neutrogena so as to avoid further irritation. This may be a case of balanitis.  If the conditions persist then you may need to rule out an underlying fungal infection as well.
