What is this rash on my leg?

About 6 months ago I had a few dark spots show up on my leg. Within 4-6 weeks, there were more dots in between, and they formed a line down the back of my leg (see current pic at https://www.dropbox.com/s/qr1kau9bscxq4tn/2017-07-25%2001.40.29.jpg?dl=0). I scheduled a dermatologist appointment. I was prescribed a very strong steroid cream, Clobetasol. It made the dots fade about 50%. They slowly started coming back, though. I've tried miconazole cream, Dr. Christopher's Black Ointment, tea tree oil, coconut oil, and colloidal silver gel. I think they've slowed the spread of this rash, but it's still grown over the last few months. Any idea what this is and what I should do?

I'll note that the only cause I can think of is some baths I take. I take a couple very hot baths a week to detox. I noticed that when I cross my legs in the bath, the surface of the water hits my leg in the exact line where the rash is. I'll admit that I didn't clean the bathtub as much as I probably should have. Maybe this is the cause.

Do you take the baths regularly?  Maybe stop the baths for now just to see if that helps.  Did the doctor have any thoughts on the cause?
