Slightly red itchy bumps (butt, groin, inner thigh)

Hello, a few months ago I developed small itchy bumps on my butt near the opening of my vagina. The itching comes and goes. They are not at all painful. They do not blister. I went to my NP and she couldn't figure out what it was. She told me to see a dermatologist, but I've yet to see one since I have no insurance. She said that the bumps do not appear to be herpes or warts. The bumps become especially irritated when vaginal discharge comes in contact with them (I think I have a yeast infection). I try not to scratch them, but sometimes I can't help scratching around them. When I do that they tend to swell a little. After a while they reduce in size and scab over. Every few days one or two more pop up. At the moment I have around 15 bumps or so. Some of them are right next to each other, while others are farther apart. Lately I haven't been putting anything on them though at a point I was using cornstarch to keep the area dry. It doesn't appear to be contagious as my boyfriend does not have these bumps. However, he does have jock itch which he has left untreated for a while up until recently. I do plan on seeing a doctor soon, but for right now I'd just like to find out what it could possibly be. I'd greatly appreciate any help/advice. Thank you.

I find that the itchy bumps go away if I use a Beeswax/jojoba oil lotion on them.

Thank you for responding to my ancient post! My boyfriend hadn't had jock itch for years but unfortunately I'm still itching. I went to a dermatologist and she diagnosed me with eczema. I flare up a few times a year. I wait it out and yet my best and fail not to scratch it. But I'm dealing with it. Thanks!
