Small Bumps on Hands

Hello,

I have these small bumps that cropped up on my hand about 4 months ago. At first it started out as one that really hurt, and then has progressively spread to almost 20 on the insides of my hands.

I work in a retail environment, and I believe it was transferred to me from someone I worked with.

I know it is not eczema as it has now spread to my fiancé (again starting as one and has now multiplied into many, and my future mother in law now has one on her hand as of a few days ago). It starts as a small red bump that hurts, and then it goes away and appears in other places. Where one disappears it seems as though several more appear on my hands.

We do not believe it is scabies because they do not itch, sometimes we cannot even feel them, and sometimes they hurt tremendously. There is no rash.

We do not believe it is hand-foot-mouth as we do not have it anywhere on our feet, or in our mouth. And my fiance has had hand-foot-mouth before, she says this is not it. I've had this for months and it would have spread to there by now if it was that. Plus it is not filled with puss, when I punctured one nothing came out.

So far, they seem to only be on our hands and have not spread past the wrist or anywhere else typically being located on the palms and insides of fingers.

We have tried Tea-tree oil to get rid of it. The tea-tree oil helped with my fiancé temporarily, but did not have any effect on myself. The tea-tree oil did not completely eradicate whatever this is, it only slightly helped with my fiancé by making the surface bump go away but the red center remains until it disappears and reappears in other places.

Please help
