Small Rash around nose

Last week I started getting a red spot in the crease between my nose and my cheekbone right next to my nostril. I didn't think much of it and just thought it might be a zit starting. Then a couple days ago I noticed it started getting bigger. It has spread to surround the lower part of my nostril and seems to be a perfect circle. It is not dry and does not have any bumps or anything it's just really red. It does itch a tiny bit but I wasn't sure if it was the rash or just a passing thing. I'm not sure what I should do for it. I was told that I have a slight case of eczema a couple months ago and was given some lotions for that. Also over the summer I had a minor case of ringworm on my stomach and was given some cream for that. I'm not sure what it is and I don't know if i should use one the creams i have for another issue.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be dermatitis skin, contact dermatitis or nummular eczema. Nummular eczema also presents as itchy, red, dry circular lesions. Apply calamine lotion and mild steroid cream and take some oral antihistaminic like Benadryl. If the symptoms persist then please get it seen from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
