Small blood red bumps under foreskin

Almost two months ago I had unprotected oral sex with a woman who had just gotten over a cold sore. While she had her cold sore, a period of 5 days or so, we didn't kiss or do anything that would have put me in contact with it, I watched the sore scab and heal over, and once I believed she looked normal again we went back to kissing. Two days after we started kissing again, I received the unprotected oral sex.  Seventeen days after the oral sex, I went to my GP with the fear of having herpes, I had no symptoms just my fear, I have still had no painful or itchy sores, that have scabbed or oozed or looked anything like cold sores. I had some small red bumps on my inner thigh, and legs which my GP said was follicitus not herpes, I was given an antibiotic to take for 10 days, that had some very strict regiments to follow for taking it, for instance not taking it within an hour or two of eating, not taking it with vitamins or minerals etc. Well, after the course of the antibiotic I still noticed the small red bumps, and went back to my GP, I believed I hadn't taken the antibiotic correctly and was put on a new medication, that I am to take for a month twice daily, and then two months daily. I have been on this medication for a few days and today noticed something very alarming under my foreskin, two small blood red bumps, almost like rashes, with no white head or anything, they do not itch or hurt, it does not burn when I pee, had I not seen them I would never have noticed them. I have gone to my GP 4-5 times since the incident of the oral sex, and I do not want to go back now and show him these new bumps cause I feel like a crazy person. I just no idea if these are irritated fordyce spots, or what I am going insane again and need an answer. I want to wait out the course of the antibiotic before I go back to my Doctor, but I also want to know what these bumps are, I am scared, please help. I am also a person that is very allergic to medications and not sure if these could be a reaction to the new antibiotic, cefuroxime axetil is the new antibiotic

It's possible they are hives, OR they can just  be from irritation. I believe you have nothing to worry about unless these bumps start ulcerating and scabbing and stuff like a cold sore would.   Since you have allergies to meds it's VERY possible this could be an allergic reaction.

Keep taking your medication and see if the bumps heal up. Also, wait to have sex until they heal, you want to be sure that it's something like an allergy or something before resuming becoming sexually active.

Personally, I get cold sores  and have since I was a child (my dad had one and kissed me good night when I was around 9 passing it on to me) . My husband who I've been with for 8 years has not caught them and we dont kiss or do oral sex until it heals and for at least a week AFTER it's healed.

unfortunately unless the ulcer is healed %100 the area can still shed the herpes cells that can pass it on. But right now I believe it's an allergy or possibly just irritation of some kind. Give it a couple weeks and see what happens and be sure to update us here.

I believe I found the cause, after each time I have used KY lube, the area near my foreskin gets very red. I do not believe it is any kind of STD, I went to my doctor numerous times after the incident with that women and showed no symptoms what so ever, I just worry myself a lot. Thank you all for your help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub,f olliculitis, cysts or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). It does not sound like herpes to me which presents with blisters that scab.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

sounds like irritation. Give it time without any sexual contact, (no masturbating either) and see if it resolves in the next week. good luck!

It doesn't hurt at all, and looks nothing like her cold sore did. When I originally went to the doc's he told me the incubation period for the virus was 1-3 days, 7 at the max to see something, and I was 17 days from the incident. I am not sure what the redness under my foreskin is now, it has no head, just looks a bit like a rash, probably just irritation, just hoping it's not syphilis, don't think it's the herpes.

They look better this morning, not nearly as inflamed looking, I read that hives are a side effect of the medication, could these be hives?
