something wrong with penis

One night i was masterbating and i belive i cut a small part of my penis right were the head meets the shaft, I am circumsized. the next day i noticed a big pinkish red spot a little smaller than the the size of a pencil  eraser around, and it was lifted about half a millimeter to a millimeter.. i thought it was just some skin irritation but it began to spread around the part were the head meets the shaft. If i masterbated with it like that it felt like a bunch of little chunks of skin would crumble off and get in the way and cause discomfort. The rash did not burn nore hurt. I went to a seven day clinic and the doctor told me it looked like some sort of superficial infection. so she gave me triamcinolone 0.1% cream. after 7 days the rash looked much better but was still noticeable. i contiuned use of the cream for 6 more days. and all looked well but i still wasnt satisfied. About a week or two later i went into a dermatoligist and showed her the current condition of the rash. She said it wasnt even a rash it just looked like pearly penile papuales. I was very disapointed i never had them in the first place i felt like i was misdiagnosed. Just a few days ago i noticed another spot on my penis a little smaller than the size of a pencile eraser on the shaft of my penis right about in the middle on the lower side it was slightly raised. I just about lost it. the old rash just looked like scarring now there was somthing else. i just went to the dermatoligist yesterday for the second time. (4th doctor appointment for this) and she said the spot looked like something to do with blood supply, she would press on it and it would disappear. I didnt know what to think this was all just causing me so much trouble. that night when i got home i was urnating and noticed a nother small spot about the size of the ball in a pen. All of this is causing me so so so much trouble it is destroying my life my anxiety is out of control.

I am very scared that it might be psorosis. it looks simular to some of the pictures on the internet. It honestly is just messing with my head way to much. its hardley noticebal even as of now im just so scared its going to spread. but if it was something like inverse psorosis wouldnt the dermotaligist know. Its just all so fishy that i had this really bad rash around the head of my penis, and now that its pretty much gone another spot shows up on the shaft.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, fungal infection or eczema.
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Biopsy of the skin may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
