Weird rash? Could it be herpes??

So the story begins about two weeks ago, I got a yeast infection and took care of it. About 2 days after the treatment was over I began to notice chafing in my groin area.I have gained a few pounds so I thought to myself it was normal, just eat healthy and go for a jog. That same day I shaved. Following day I notice a few bumps and the chafing is getting worse, but once again I thought to myself maybe its just razor bumps. 2 days after that I saw the "razor bumps" I had to admit to myself these are not razor bumps. I have flat, red raw circles, scaly looking, they keep scabbing and sometimes they blister when there is too much friction and the rash is symmetrical all along my groin. At this point Im freaking out because I think its herpes. The rash does not extend into my vagina or near my anus just along the panty line. But get this I awoke this morning with one bump on my thigh and three on my armpits. Is this jock itch(yeast infection spread), herpes, or a curse??? I am 20 years old and have only had one sexual partner in my life and have no insurance. I need help desperately!!!!

Thank you so much for your reply. I was really worried it was herpes so I went to the gyno today and found out I dont have any STDs(thankfully). But the doctor was clear with me that she was unsure of what it was. She told me I either have a fungal infection or a bacteria, and that i should really see a dermatologist because its spreading. But like I said before I dont have insurance so she prescribed diflucan, mupirocin ointment( for bacteria) and another that  starts with a Kertaphmeme(for fungal infection). Im hoping one of these things will work because im getting pretty nervous here. I'll keep you posted if i have any progress.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be nummular eczema or ringworm. Even herpes needs to be ruled out because you are sexually active. Ringworm is an itchy, contagious fungal infection that presents as circular or ring like lesion. Herpes presents with red itchy blisters which scab over. Herpes simplex is most easily transmitted by direct contact with a lesion or the body fluid of an infected individual. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get an examination done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
