Small, itchy bumps on forearm

Hi.

Recently I've noticed flesh colored bumps on my forearms. They are small and look like permanent goosebumps. Today they started itching on my left arm REALLY badly. I scratched, and the bumps became more noticeable.. But not red and burning.just more noticeable and itchy.

Any clue as to what this is?
I have a pic.
