Small, tender bumps all over my fingers
Within the last week I’ve had this small, tender bumps pop up all over my fingers. They do not itch, but they’re very tender. Maybe some sore of eczema or dermatitis?

It could be eczema, but it would be very hard to tell you for sure what it is without giving the doctor a chance to take a look and gather a bit more medical information from you. You can try to cut out lotions and things with fragrance- use Vasaline on the rash and see if that helps. It may be a reaction to something too though- so if you don't see any improvement, get to the doctor to have them take a look.
