MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You should not take the petchiae likely and get it evaluated. Zoloft is known to cause abnormal bleeding and petechiae. But Excedrin users esepcailly females have reported petechaie after taking the medicine. Stop taking Excedrin and consult your doctor at the earliest.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

While indeed you must get examined by your physician there are a group of people who develop localized petechiae triggered by environmental allergens like plastics etc.
Regards.
