Tan

Sir,
I have this terrible tan on my face and neck as well as my hands. I have done lots of  facials and put on Sunblock-30. but couldn't find any difference. Long time back about 5 years back, i had used Cetraben cream and Tenovate-M cream together, got some noticeable changes. then my cousin told me that dangerous because its usually used on skins which have fungal infection. I did not have any then nor now. a friend told me about these two creams and I did become fair. I want to become fair again. I can put on these two again?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For removal of tan wear sunscreens with spf 30 atleast half an hour before going out in the sun and wear cotton clothes. For tan removal, you can also get done laser resurfacing but it carries the disadvantage of being expensive and sometimes resulting in post inflammatory hypopigmentation.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

are you natually light or are you naturally tan? If you are naturally tan why are you wanting to lighten up?

If you work in the sun or are out alot in the sun you will build a tan. You use sublock 30 but a 50 or higher is best. 50 and higher is used on children here in the states and I would think that would give you the best outcome.
