Tattoo Rash
My tattoo is more than a month now. I had previous tattoos in my arms about 4 years ago. My new tattoo is in my elbow. After it heald I noticed some rash around the tattoo and some bumps. I went to 2 dermatologist in the Philippines but it is still not better. They gave me soaps, lotions and cream but still no effect. The most effective was the dermovate but once I stop using the rash is back. Any suggestions? I am tired of it and it has been more than a month. Thank you
