There are cracks and redness on head of penis.

I'm a 16 year old virgin and I've been noticing some cracks on the head of my penis. I've tried OTC medications, coconut oil, and so many other things but none of them worked. They randomly get shallower and deeper and I'm getting concerned. Any ideas on what it is?

I got a doctor. Apparently, just dry skin. I got some cream and now I’m getting better. The cracks are just limited to a few now. The redness went away.

At 16, I'm sure the last thing you want to do is mention this to your parents and ask them to take you to a doctor, but that's what I would recommend doing- it could be a yeast or bacteria causing it- or just simply something like dry skin.  When you have a skin condition that creeps up all the sudden and gets worse, it's always best to see a doctor to confirm what is going on.
