Tiny bumps covering my whole body, prickling needle sensation waves

I have these tiny little bumps covering every inch of my body. Around the same time i started getting these, i feel this prickly needle feelings mostly on my back and stomach. Sometimes in my neck and arms too.

I'm extremely paranoid about this, and i don't have medical insurance to get it checked out.. I just want to make sure this isnt contagious, or life threatening, i live in a dorm.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms these can be due to viral rashes, allergies, insect bites or folliculitis skin. Oral antihistamine, such as Benadryl can be used but may cause drowsiness. You should take a comfortably cool bath and wear smooth-textured cotton clothing.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi, are they itchy? I would talk to your pharmacist, could be scabies.
