Toe nail fungus

I've been treating my toenail fungus, but as I treat it… it's getting white and really dry, it has lines on the toe nails too. Is that because of the medication I'm putting on my toenails? I'm using something called 'Hongo Killer'
Ingredients are Purified Water; Acetic Acid; Glycerin; Propylene Glycol; Aloe Vera; Xanthan Gum; Fragrance

So is the toenail fungus getting worst? It actually gets white after I'm in the shower. I already cut all the nail that was lifted.
I'm gonna try tea tree oil soon. Thanks.

You are describing states of nail fungus actually.

What works well is pure tea tree oil.  It smells strong, but it works well.  If any part of the nail has separated from the skin, as often happens, cut that part of the nail off.  Even if it has not yet separated, cut the nail as short as you can without injuring yourself.  Then apply the tea tree oil twice a day to ALL your nails.  Wash socks and underwear in hot water with baking soda  .Keep your feet clean and dry.  Consider throwing out shoes if they are old and have gotten wet, etc.

I know the tea tree oil works, but of course it takes a long time, like 3-6 months of treatment.  Look for tea tree oil in a bottle with a dropper as it makes it much easier to dispense a tiny amount.  You can rub it in with a Q-tip to help it absorb really well.
