Typical Mole...... How to remove it........

Hi,
I have a typical mole on my left back shoulder.. it is random and very big and prevailed on my left shoulder and hand..
I am adding a pic of my mole. It is not from birth and It has come up when I was in my 17 years old.I been to many dermatologists and left with no options.. any one can suggest how to remove the mole and any creams would be appreciated.

Hello,
There are two methods of mole removal i.e excision followed by cutting and excision with cautery. Although laser removal has been tried for moles, it is not usually the method of choice for most deep moles because the laser light doesn't penetrate deeply enough.
This depends on the depth of mole and the type of cosmetic outcome desired.
