Very similar symptomes to Eczema but, not on my soles or palms, on my forearms.

One month ago, I started getting small pimple like bumps filled with a small amount of clear fluid on my forearms. They are on both of my arms, mostly the rigth arm, and they appear on the bottom of my forearm where hair least grows. They soon turned into a dry rash. These bumps/rashes are very ichy but, not very painful. What are these bumps/rashes and where did they come from? Are there any over the counter products that will rid these bumps/rashes from my arms?

Please help me,
Thank you.

not sure if i can post the picture of my arm but if you click on the link or copy and paste it youll see what mine look like at photobucket.com.    Also i think the medical term for them was epidermal cyst.  They are not life threatening and are simply ugly.

Ok here is what these might be.  If they are anything like mine, they are as your said like pimples without a pore.  They are a build of a either fat.  Are you able to grab on to it and roll it around like a little soft ball of fat? With mine you are able to move them around a little but hey stay connected to the surface tissue (skin) and if you take a needle to them (dont do it because that will scar your and leave your arm looking like you have the track marks of a crack addict), You would be able to remove alot of material from the little ball of fat similar to lancing a cyst.  The stuff that comes out can come out as a thick material like substance or as a squirt of liquid if you arms are warmed up by a hot shower.  This is because the fat become less viscous (thick) when it is heated up.  Sort of like wax when heated it goes from a thick solid to a flowing liquid.

As far as getting rid of them, if you don t screw aroudn with them they shoudl remain the color of you natrual skin and be rather unoticeable.  If you stab them with needles youll make them red and worse/bigger.  To get rid of them you would need surgury to remove the "cyst sac walls" becuase if you only lance them and get the liquid out and the sac remains, it will grow back (fill back up).  Surgury leaves a small pit scar on the arm.  I have like 12 on one are and 8 on the other.  Do you have them on your back or around the crack of your butt?  i have like 2 on my back and one on the crack of my butt where the tail bone is ( yeah i know seems gross but its not noticelable)

I also find that if you use the adhesive part of a band aid (sticky part with out the pad material) and cover up a big bump for like 9 days, it actually reduces some swelling.  Works on the same principle as duct tape on WARTS,  it causes the body to try and absorb the material or something.    here is a picture of my bumps and keep in mind you may not have exactly what i have.

To summarize:  They are basically pimples, they dont hurt and if you dont screw with them they wont turn red and make you look like a crack addict :-)

I had a dry rash similar to what you describe on my left hand.  After working on a roof I had to clean my hands with acetone to get some tar off.  I forgot that my rash had flared up the previous day and unconciously stuck my hands in a tub of acetone.  It burned intensely but it seemed to cure the rash.  It hasn't been back since.

Looks like the recurring rash i have had since 2001. Raised red bumps/ clusters...w/ clear fluid...extremely itchy but no pain....on both forearms (mostly left).....Mine's recently re-surfaced after 2 years dormid...I though it was in relation to herpes..but my gynecology doc said she doesn't think so ...no formal tests though...The prob is that once I get a ermatology referral/ appt. ...the bumps or at least the clear fluid is gone. Initially the bumps would flare up ever 3-6 weeks...I though they were gone since it had been 2 years....until today.....I have  no Idea where they come from or what brings them back after going away...I am going to go to the doc 2morrow...i'll let you know if i get any new info...please let me know if you have gotten any answers sinc Feb.

sorry couldn't be of more help...but jus twanted to let you know i am dealing with the same and it is a COMPLETE MYSTERY as to why or what it is....
