Very strange marks on forehead...please help!!

I suddenly (within the last four days) noticed three strange lines on the left forehead/temple area. At first I thought these were suddenly visible veins because a day prior to seeing the lines I felt a throbbing pain under my left eye and when I looked there was a purple broken vein under my left eye. These lines are indented...just like stretch marks are indented in the upper layers of skin. I have never seen anything like this before. They are not wrinkles. They are vertical lines. On runs from my hairline down into my left eye brow. The others run along my temple on the left side.  I'm pretty worried about what these could be. I'm adding a photo. They are darker in person than they appear in this picture. If you tilt your computer you can tell they are indented in the skin.

Thank you so much for your time and your response. I have an appointment with a Neurologist as well as an appointment at my local Vein Treatment Center in just under two weeks. Hopefully I will get some answers then.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms these sound like superficial veins or telangiectasia.Superficial veins are visible in normal fair skinnes persons.Telangiectasia are small dilated blood vessels near the surface of the skin or mucous membranes. It can be due to venous hypertension, sun or cold exposure, skin trauma, carcinoid syndrome or CREST syndrome.

Sclerotherapy and laser treatment are the two main treatment options. Please discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
