Weird lesions

I have these bizarre bites on my arms. It itches and looks like a mosquito bite but there seem to be three raised bumps within the bite. As if the insect had a three pronged stinger. They itch like crazy and last for up to a week. They are isolated to my arms and are scattered, not grouped in one area. Any idea what these are?
