Weird red streaks/line from nose to mouth?

I'm 22 and healthy. So a few months ago I noticed these weird red lines that run from the edge of my nostrils down to a little over the corners of my mouth. Sometimes they are way darker and bolder and some days they are hardly noticeable but I don t know what makes them darker or lighter. I've tried lotion, I take biotin and still nothing consistently takes them away. The weird thing is I noticed them last spring in the morning when I was getting very little sleep, but they went away randomly and then like I said they just randomly came back a few months ago and now they always seem to be there. There aren't any bumps or itching and the lines feel like normal skin. It's just a streak/line and I don't know Where they came from or how to get rid of them.
