ANYONE PLEASE HELP? Penis deadly pain!

Hello Doctor or ANYONE,

I am extremely scared of hospitals and doctors.
So I would be very pleased if i got an answer through this...
I have a big (what seems to be) pimple on my shaft/penis.
It is located on the top left of the penis, where the intersection between the penis and the head of the penis is.
It is a big, hard pimple, under the skin.
there is nothing abnormal on the skin itself.
Just that section is swollen, quite big and obvious.
It just appeared in a day or 2?
And my girlfriend is away so it cannot be her, as I have had no form of sexual activity by anyone.
The problem is not JUST how hard and big this pimple is... but how PAINFUL it gets.
It is painful to the point that if i am sleeping at night and suddenly turn? I wake up form the pain due to the movement!
I cannot walk fast!
The pain kills... so running s not even an option.
I do not want to go to a doctor. I will explain you as much as you need to help me find a fast cure.
I tried touching it, the pain is unbelievable!
It is like pins or a rush of lightning that blasts from the head of the penis up to my body, sometimes I can even feel it hit my arm or shoulder from pain.
* I have noticed recently that there is a very slight dried yellowish pus on the side of the pimple, considering it is hard do detect due to its location on the intersection*

I am 24 and have a girlfriend of 2 and a half years.
We always have protected sex with a condom. not even ONCE without!
She has been away for 3 months and all I have done is think of her and masturbate.
As the pain is causing a lot of discomfort, I was googling on internet what it is thinking maybe some disease from a toilet? or STD? or I don't know...
And I found out it could be from masturbation?!
I read that lubricants for masturbation could cause that to the pore?
And frequent masturbation as well?
I do it usually 2 times a day, sometimes rarely 3 times.
And I realised in those 3 months she's been away, i had no issues or problems.
The only time anything was different and i got this pimple was when I used the lubricant!
So could that be the issue? I felt something hard and a bit bumpy the first day... but i still masturbated and with the lubricant AGAIN, then the next morning i was in deadly pain!
It's seems logical up to now, but the pain? is not!
PLEASE, help me and save me from the pain i am going through...
I just want to be able to sleep and walk and move comfortably to work in the office.
PLEASE ADVISE me what should i do now? what medication can i take? how can i let it go as fast as possible?
Thank you very very much, you are saving someone in deep pain.

Hi
Thanks for keeping me posted!
Normally doctors do not reply beyond the first query. However whatever you share with a doctor is very confidential and until you want others to know about this, your doctor will not share this with anyone. You must consult a doctor. If this is an abscess, then yes, it can form a hole from which pus discharges. Also it would be wise not to swim in the sea until it heals. If infection is allowed to linger it can cause scarring of penis and hence it is very important you consult a doctor immediately. Take care!

Hello Doctor,

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to me.
I do want to comment on a few things and ask your advice.
Well, I have personally ruled out Herpes infection because as I mentioned there was no sexual contact, always a condom, and no oral.
so there was no contact.
It definitely is a deep infection.
I can now see more pus coming out.
It's been 1 week already.
The good news is 1/3 of the lump has decreased AND the pain still persists but is less painful.
I just accidentally screamed a while ago while i was trying to sit down and the pants must have touched the area.
So, yes the lump has decreased and pain is less.
This shows signs of improvement and recovery.
Though the bad news is the lump is still there and the pain is still there.
I cannot go to a doctor... and I am embarrassed well enough. Even that I am posting this here, but you are very professional and kind.
I tried asking a pharmacist, saying my girlfriend has an infection, he said if there is pus? u need antibiotics and should see a doctor for that prescription.
Now, I won't go to a doctor.
And it is improving so maybe no need?
I cannot seem to drain the pus as I cannot touch it at all! Very painful.
I can see a little hole in the intersection area (when i try to unfold and that is where the pus is coming out from). this is all very scary and insane that there is a tiny whole? is that normal? Will it close again?
I am even afraid to buy & apply the cream you suggested as I am afraid it gets into the whole and cause another infection.
I think the problem was the lubricant i used while masturbation has entered in and caused an infection. or am i wrong? there was no whole? Then wouldn't that be dangerous to even swim in the sea? as the sea water is also dirty and could go through the hole?
I just want to be normal like it used to.
Please advise me, is there a faster & more confidential way to reply?
Thank you very much.
And you take care too.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The painful lump at the junction of shaft and head of penis can be due to balanitis or infection of glans or it can be boils or even herpes infection (this can come up anytime after sexual exposure). If it is an abscess it can be due to bacterial infection, candida infection, or due to herpes. You can go to any STD clinic and give a swab test for herpes. If herpes is ruled out then you can treat this by applying a warm cloth to the area. This encourages the pus to come to the surface, make a mouth and drain. Once the boil has drained, the area should be washed with antibacterial soap and an antibacterial cream applied and kept dry, bandaged and sterile.  Take an anti-inflammatory analgesic by mouth to relieve the pain. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor preferably a skin specialist. Take care!
