Lot of dotted rashes on the head of the penis

Hello doctor, recently after sex with my wife I noticed lot of rashes colored red on my head of the penis. I never noticed them before it...normally after sex I used Dettol wipes to clean the head and other part of my thing.

I did have sex with one prostitute a months back with protection ..I did not see any symptoms then...but I'm scared if this is late symptoms of HIV or any STD...

Please advise if this is normal or a sign of STD.

Rashes can be caused by a million different things- I would doubt an STD if your encounter was protected, however for your own peace of mind- you can make an appointment with a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis for the rash.
