What are the tiny cuts appearing on my fingertip?

Hello! I am a 19 year old female, and I don't know if I have any underlying health issues, there are no suspicious symptoms other than what I'm about to tell you.

Yesterday, When I woke up and went about my day slowly (I do a good amount of typing on a keyboard) I realized there was a pain in my right-hand middle finger. A little pressure-like pain in my fingers very occasionally is normal for me (now that I think about it, maybe that should be concerning) so I mostly ignored it and, unhelpfully, I was absentmindedly messing with it. When I was finally compelled to take a look, I noticed a tiny, extremely thin cut - like a papercut - right on the tip of my finger in prime key-typing spot. I thought: yeah, that's no big deal. I have 5 cats, it's not surprising to acquire mystery cuts.

Today, I woke up with two more on the same finger in the same spot, and one of them is now longer. These cuts haven't appeared anywhere else on my body, none of my other fingers, and there is no way I have accidentally cut myself in this same spot 3 different times without noticing. My skin isn't dry or unhealthy. It's getting me incredibly anxious!

Anyone who knows what this might be... please help!

I have heard a few things that can cause this- I have heard celiacs complain about similar symptoms and I have heard even scabies can cause similar things.  To be sure, I'd probably head to the doctor to have them take a look and get more of your medical history so they can give you a more accurate diagnosis.
