Bumps on penis
I have many bumps that are on the rim and head of my penis. They are noticeable when not erect but more so when erect. Please help identify. Picture is attached here:

I am 40 years old. Sexually active with one partner having unprotected sex.
The bumps are painless and do not itch. The first one showed up on the head of my penis 3 to 4 months ago.
The majority is on the rim and head, with some on the shaft. They vary in size.
