Red Clot type of mark due to toothpaste on pimple

I had a pimple on my cheek. I applied toothpaste on it for like overnight. In the morning it turned into a red blood clot type of things. I think it is a peeling one but I am too tensed of how will it go. What should I do or what should I apply to clear it? please help

You could put tea tree oil on it or some drying medicine like Clearasil.  If you can keep yourself from messing with it, that's the best they say.  I hae never had that kind of self-control ...
