What are these small red bumps located over my neck, forehead and side of my face?

These bumps showed up around my temple area, eye area, and forehead around 5 days ago, as these started to subside, the red bumps have moved down to my neck. They are slightly sore to the touch and around 50-60 in number. Please advise! Thank you!

It really could be a number of things- for example, an allergic reaction, eczema, dry skin, or rosacea. It's best to see your doctor and get a more solid diagnosis!
