New black dot on my thumb's finger prominence.
I found one new black small dot on my left thumb's finger prominence. It's not very big (around 1mm), but it's very dark. It's new around 1 month. It's no feeling, no pain, no itch, no bleeding, no running water. It's not prominent on the surface of the skin. I am a Asian male, 30 years old. I have over 40 moles on my body. I hope to have experienced a dermatologist can answer my question. Thank you.
