What is this red line/patch on my penis?
I had been dealing with a small ring shaped flat bump for a few months. No other symptoms like itching, cracking, bleeding exc. After some time I noticed another ring shaped in a different spot on my penis, that one has since faded away but I can still see the outline of where it once was. The color of the ring is flesh toned with a slight redness when ive over exerted myself, after showers, exc.
When erect the outline of these rings turns white and look like dry, flaky skin, but the skin does no flake off. Any information will be helpful.
