Red bumps on butt cheeks

I have recently moved in with my brother, about a week ago I found out they have had bedbugs, since then I have noticed red bumps on my butt cheeks. One has five or six small ones the other one big and one small, I have been std checked after last sexual partner all came back negative. Could they be sweat bumps or bites? they are red sorta itchy popped one no fluid. Just blood from squeezing so much. Should I try rash cream. to embarrassed to go to health clinic

Hello~You could try a cream, but, in all honesty, you really need to see your doctor. You don't want any of these to get infected.
