White small dry patch of skin under foreskin

Hello and thank you for taking the time to answer my question. A quick recent medical history of myself. I was recently diagnosed and treated for molluscum is the genital area. Thankfully, it has since gone away. Around the same time I started to show signs of a male yeast infection. From advice from my uncle (who is a doctor), I began using Lotrimin. I just started today but seems like its already starting to work.

Here is my question. Underneath the foreskin of my penis I noticed a dry white patch of skin. It seems hardened. It is a bit difficult to describe. It causes no itching or irritation. It is vary small. Maybe a centimeter in length. It looks like a dry white hardened skin. It is not from the cream because I noticed it before I applied it. My question is, is this a symptom of the yeast infection or can it be something more? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am very concerned. Thanks once again!

: Mondor's phlebitis of penis following recurrent candidal balanoposthitis These lesions used to subside after a topical application and abstaining from sex for 4-5 days. During a present episode, two days after sexual contact, he developed an asymptomatic firm cord-like swelling approximately 3 mm in thickness, almost encircling the penis just proximal to corona.May explain your finding.

From the yeast infection? I have spent countless hours researching about male yeast infections on the web. I have been reading on symptoms. I don't think I have come across any symptom that suggest what I have described. Well, they describe it as flakey dry skin of the foreskin. Could it mean what I am describing? Thanks once again!

Since I have not examined you, I can only speculate as to the nature, but i am certain this is related to the infection

Keratin is the protein that forms our skin and hair. While the keratin comes from the basal layer up it becomes flaky and becomes hardened.Mostly they are never noticed but sometimes can collect and fungus thrive on keratin too.
