Reacurring red patch of skin on cheek

At first I experienced a dry patch of skin on one of my cheeks and what looked like a pimple. This was in January. I remember I just thought it was dry skin so I tried moisturizing the area and applying pimple cream to the spot but it was not a pimple. It is now November and this patch of skin in the same exact spot every time, on my cheekbone, along with the spot has been disappearing and reaccuring ever since it started. I feel like it may "flare up" I guess I'll say when I am stressed. I was thinking maybe its a mild case of rosacea but it is not a very textured piece of skin it's just red and it's only in this one spot. I have oily-combination skin and I do blush easily and am pretty fair. My skin does get splotchy red in some areas on my body in high heat like in showers mostly on thighs, knees and feet. My chest and sometimes neck also get splotchy red with any high emotion I'm feeling (sad, mad, anxious, aroused, etc). My face will also get red and my temperature rises in these situations as well. The redness and splochiness at these times always goes away though. 20 year old woman. I don't know if those things matter but just in case.
