Woken up with this dotty rash under skin
I've never posted here so hope i'm doing it right! This morning I was stretching and the inside of my upper arm (the part that's normally flat against the sides of your body) caught my eye.There appears to be a line of red/purple spots under the skin. I can't see an option to add pics to my post, so I've uploaded one onto my profile if you can see that.
Recently I've been itching there as the skin felt a bit dry and thin so I'm hoping I've just broken some vessels scratching it! But also I worry that it's something I shouldn't ignore because I've never seen it on myself before?
