bacterial vaginosis

they say that guys don't get it but i got something.
after having protected sex, my penis got really red next day.
it went like that for a couple of weeks then i used a cream for yeast infection it clear it on the out side and penis looked almost normal.

i stopped using it now 2 weeks later it is starting again it comes from the inside out, it starts with the tip of the glands and moves to cover the penis is a red rash type of thing but it gives me no excessive itching at least not for the moment.

doctors look at me like i am crazy i hate that look, they tell me to eat yogurt as if yogur was a magical thing.
hate my situation should i prescribe my self with anti biotics in a hit or miss kind of way, can any one suggest of taking metronidazole or clindamycin or fluconazol is a good idea at this point.
i don't like the way my penis look right now, i know there is a yeast or bacteria doing damage.

can any one suggest a clinic that will take me serious and won't cut me an arm for consult on the north west, just because people use condoms that don't means they are scot free, many bacteria get in some how and i know i used the condom wrong

or maybe the condom i don't know my penis don't look as it used to it looks kind of yellowish and my skin really red my eyes get red too i am having constipation, the stress is killing me i am never having sex in my life again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like recurrent yeast infection balanitis. Various reasons for recurrent or persistent fungal infection are incomplete treatment, treatment resistance, co-existing dermatitis, diabetes and low immunity. Treatment resistance can be overcome by applying a cream with a combination of antifungals (Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1% and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
