According to your description my case is not psoriasis
I want to see that I use PEVISONE CREAM and the discoloration go relatively faint
But I suffer from inflammation in the area around my lips especially around my lower lip ........  Is this inflammation resulted from hypersensitivity to this medication?
Also there is red discoloration on the upper medial part ofmy thigh on both sides nealy abovw the femoral triangle but no pain no increase in area and from many years ago

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination, but had it been perioral dermatitis then it would have treated by now after using these medicines. Since you have a history of psoriasis, so definitely it needs to be ruled out. Psoriasis is a long-term skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin. It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.

I hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
