Eczema can be pretty tricky to work with and a huge variety of things can set it off.  As far as if it's leaky gut- I can't say.  There are many medical professionals that don't believe that leaky guy is really a 'thing'- and others that thing it's being blamed for all kinds of medical issues that it has nothing to do with.

It's important to try to identify your triggers- I eliminated all scents in the products I used.  Fragrance free lotions, soaps, everything. Make sure you use lotions, but nothing with a scent.

It may also help you to keep a log of what you are eating.  My sister found that when she ate gluten, it would set her's off way more.  For others, it could be an excess of sugar- it's worth keeping a log of what you consume and how your body seems to react to it.

Good luck- it can be frustrating to deal with, I know!
