bulges on forearm

Hello, I have a problem regarding the skin on my forearms (interior part). Since summer came, a few (3-4) bulges appeared on my forearms. They are small (2 mm diameter), almost flat, skin colour. They feel under skin when touching. They dont seem to evolve. I tryed to compel one, and it only inflated a little and got red and painfull for 2 days, and it became as innitial. I taunted the skin and compel, and only a litle blood came out, no infection or acneea-like. What is this? What should i do?? Please, answer me, thank you !

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms it sounds like blocked sebaceous glands or folliculitis. Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.
I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
