Red burning bumps

A few months back I noticed small red bumps on the back of my neck, ear lobe and behind my ear. They are not pimples. They did start to get a little better. Unfortunately, they are now getting a lot worse. They are on the back of my neck up into my hair line. They are on my ear lobe, behind my ear, a couple down my spine and as of today there are 3 on my face. If you touch them they burn. They do crust over but it takes them forever to go away. My skin feels like it is on fire. It burns and itches. I feel like there is heat radiating off my skin. It hurts to put an earing in my one ear lobe. I feel dehydrated, my mouth is dry and my lips are chapped. I do not know what to do and I am starting to worry. I do have pictures.
