bumps on one side of penis

I am STD free and have whats seems to be two bumps together on one side of my penis. they are white in color and go flat when stretched out. they are smoot and are not painful and do not discharge anything. they are just there. Since I am STD free is there anything that i need to worry about? I am married and we are both std free.

the doctor said it was a wart. prolly since i have had warts before that might be the cause. i informed her of my last std screen panel. she requested another one to be done. she also prescribed some cream that will get it to go away but she did tell me she cant promise that it wont come back. the treatment is a cream that i use 3 times a week and it came with 56 doses so it will be used over 18 weeks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps can be small cysts. It is filled with a soft, whitish brown material that sometimes oozes out onto the skin's surface. This material is called sebum. Treatment includes small surgical opening into the skin and removing the sac (excision biopsy). But recurrence is quite common. I suggest you to get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist after examination.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
