Afraid it could be skin cancer.

About two years ago I startred noticing red or dark pink bumps on my shoulders and the upper side of my back on my shoulder blades. I am male and 20 yrs old and don't have health insurance so I am terrified that it could be skin cancer.  I have like 5 in total. They are about the size of a pencil eraser and very bumpy and noticable. Could you please tell me what you think this could be?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be cherry hemangioma, syringomas, seborrheic keratosis or other benign skin growths. Cherry angiomas are made up of clusters of tiny capillaries at the surface of the skin, forming a small round dome ("papule"), which may be flat topped.

When they first develop, they may be only a tenth of a millimeter in diameter and almost flat, appearing as small red dots.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
