also, im not sure if its due to the spots but since spots appeared knees and elbows and around ankle bones are getting severely dried with thick dried white callus like patches.
Hello,
One of the possibilities for your symptoms is pityriasis rosea.
Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Nummular dermatitis and ringworm have to be ruled out.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
The only thing thats stopped me from going to the doctor so far is the 8 hour wait that it takes to get in here. I've looked up Pityriasis rosea pictures and it does not look anything like what I have. The spots appear only on my arms and legs, mostly on my legs. None on my body at all. The only time they itch is when i touch them. When i stop touching them they stop itching. They are just an eye sore(annoying to see). They are not raised or swollen at all, just completely flat. They start out small like a pin head then grow a little smaller then a dime. I have notice some have disappeared but only after 3-4 weeks.
