Whats is this?

Hello i am scared because i have some kind of spot in my underarm. Also sorry for my english. Well in january it appeared for the first time and it was smaller than this time, i went to the dermatologist and he told me it was an eczema caused probably by deodorant or something and gave me a cream that it helped me a lot. In some days it was so tiny that i cant even see it. But today i look the mirror and it was bigger than before. Here in my country its summer (Argentina). I dont know if it has something to do. As i said it first appeared in january 2012, 10 days before that spot, a prostitute gave me oral sex without condom, and i´ve made 16 tests for STD from august to december and all negative fortunately at the time, i didnt live in those months, testing all days, i was all day at home, i could study, it was horrible. Obviously i cant separate the prostitute to the spot, but i dont know, its so rare that 1 week after the sex it appeared. I can not award it to something else. So i´ll post a photo so you see it and tell me if you think it has something to do with an std. Thanks.

Here it is:  http://tinypic.com/r/wteg5f/6

Also in my other underarm i have a tiny tiny spot it seems a sting of a mosquito and its different than the other. I forgot that i doesnt itch me or any nuisance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unfortunately the picture could not be opened but it can be eczema or atopic dermatitis. You may try calamine lotion on the rash. You should also maintain hygiene and try to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid deodorant / cosmetics. You can also use a barrier cream with zinc oxide paste or petroleum jelly or a thick moisturizing cream applied directly to wet skin after bathing.

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
