freeking out!!

I am freeking out can u help ease my mind? I am a single mother of a 2 yearold..... In the past year I have dated 2 men.  The first one for 6 months and the second one for 5 months. Through the course of each relationship I  had unprotected sex with both. Both are still friends of mine and seem well. About 3 months ago I noticed that I had swollen painful armpit nodes both armpits....no other symptoms at all. I went to gyno for anual pap and asked about the armpit glands and they were pretty much gone...she referred me to go for a mamogram. I have breast implants and have had 7 surgeries due to capsular contracture. I didn't go for mamogram...and now a couple weeks ago (3 months after first armpit incident) I had another swollen gland (pea sized but sore) in right armpit....it went away in a couple days.  Last week I noticed a pinkish reddish mark on my mid thigh about the size of a quarter that has no itching or raised characteristics to it and when I apply pressure to it it fades away. It has been there for about 8 days and is fading. I dont remember injuring it or anything and now after reading all the symptoms of HIV I'm freeking out!  Please tell me if I should be worried about HIV? I haven't I have had a couple of colds over the past couple years but haven't had the flu or any similar symptoms in years if I remember correctly.  I have completely convinced myself I've ruined my life and I'm so scared! I think about it all day and my anxiety is through the roof!

I got my gyno results and everything normal in that dept.   And I have to stress that I don't in any way sleep around....I had 2 relationships and trusted both people.  I'm still fairly close to both and we see eachother on a regular basis. Remained friends as such :)  I just want to know if the swollen nodes that went away in a few days is something I should worry about being hiv?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

I suggest that you have your blood tests done to rule out an STD. With a significant sexual history, STD's  need to be ruled out first. Also, with regards to the enlarged nodes, I suggest that you have a complete breast assessment done. It is necessary to rule out involvement of these structures. Have you informed your doctor that you have breast implants? The presence of an enlarged node in the armpits suggests an underlying infection in the area. A complete work up is important to help ease your mind.
