I have recently started itching all over my body (back neck arms hands inner thighs knees and lower legs the only part of my body that doesn't itch constantly are my gentiles, face and my head) I have noticed clear filled pimples on my hands that itch until poped

Doesn't sound like hsv at all but I would visit your Dr. Or a dermatologist.
